Collected this carpet along with two others from a lovely time capsule in Winsford. The gentleman who owned this house had been in it most of his life. This carpet is difficult to date but I would guess that it is early 60s or even late 50s. There is a faded area in the middle but it photographs really well even though I haven’t hoovered it.
Colours are pretty good on the photos. Slightly larger than 4.5m x 3.5m but have put this size to be safe.
